600 000 injury free hours and counting

IWC recently exceeded the target of 500 000 injury free hours, within the last 3 years.  This is in line with the global ZERO HARM initiative to ensure that the workplace can operate without exposing any person to injury.

The ZERO HARM concept is centred around a safety culture movement that focuses on what it says: providing a completely safe environment for workers, contractors, and visitors on a daily basis.

The ZERO HARM concept focuses on the human element of safety and refers to the people within the organization and their interaction with Health and Safety systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Our leaders and Health and Safety systems, work toward every worker going home safely each day, and we are committed to creating a high-reliability safety culture that prioritises the continuous improvement of workplace Health and Safety within organisation.

This is a “Big Win” for IWC, and we take pride in our accomplishment as this contributes to our organizational Health and Safety record and is an achievement worth celebrating.

This goal was achieved through our employees’ commitment and collaboration and is in line with our brand values and ongoing pursuit of our vision to be South Africa’s leading thermal solutions specialist.

Well done Team IWC!  #IWCstrongertogether
