IWC Presents at the Inaugural Air Cooled Condenser Conference In India
The engineering division of NTPC, a leading power utility company in India, recently organised the inaugural Air-Cooled Condenser (ACC) conference in Film City, Noida. NTPC has consistently demonstrated its commitment to embracing cutting-edge technologies and adopting best practices in the power sector. Recognising the immense potential of ACC as a viable cooling solution for future power plants, NTPC spearheaded this event, which took place on June 9th, serving as a remarkable milestone in the progression of cooling technology within the power industry.
The IWC team, comprised of respected professionals like Prof. Hanno Reuter and Roger Rusch, had the honour of attending and presenting at the conference, alongside colleagues from our sister company, AS-CTI, in India. The primary focus of this ground-breaking event was to foster the development of an ecosystem for Air-Cooled Condensers in India.
The ACC conference provided a unique platform for industry leaders, experts, and innovators to come together and exchange knowledge, ideas, and advancements in the field of air-cooled condensation. This gathering of influential minds facilitated robust discussions on the technical aspects, operational efficiencies, and economic viability of ACC systems. The conference aimed to foster collaboration and create a roadmap for the widespread adoption of ACC technology across the Indian power sector.
As a proud participant in the conference, we were thrilled to share our latest technological advancements in Air-Cooled Condensers. Our team presented innovative solutions and showcased the benefits and capabilities of our ACC offerings. We emphasized the significant role ACC systems can play in reducing water consumption, minimizing environmental impact, and enhancing the overall efficiency of power plants.
