Living the IWC brand
We recently concluded our Living the Brand roadshow where we presented to all staff at our various offices. The Living the Brand campaign teaches all IWC staff about the importance of branding, our brand values, and the significance of what being a good brand ambassador is.
As part of a 5-month campaign to engage with our staff, brand booklets and branded socks were handed out. Monthly competition’s centered around our values are also being run with cash prizes on offer. The aim of the campaign is all staff, from leadership to the team on the ground, to learn about our brand and to ensure that we all deliver on our brand promise to customers. Our people are key to the success of IWC and together we can build a successful brand.
