We are BBBEE level 3 compliant
Despite the tough last 2 years with Covid adding to the complexity of business, IWC has maintained its level 3 BBBEE status for a third consecutive year.
This is thanks to our hard-working team of dedicated staff and suppliers. By complying with BBBEE, IWC is part of the economic transformation in South Africa which in turn promote economic growth within the country. BBBEE legislation strives to add to the value of our society through its commitment to skills development, which IWC has done through training initiatives of both internal staff and external candidates.
Further to this IWC adds value to our society with the contribution to social development and transformation initiatives. As part of IWC’s CSI spend, we have a passion for supporting the young and vulnerable in our communities through institutions who promotes education as part out their programmes. Our current CSI beneficiaries include Girls and Boys Town, Joburg Dream Centre, Mother’s Touch and Resthaven and we are proud to be associated with these institutions doing invaluable work every day.
