We are Safer Together

We recently kicked off our new improved, Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) program at the Sasol Secunda site. The team headed up by Kamogelo Moloi, project manager, will be driving the BBS program to ensure we continue to cultivate a positive and proactive approach to safety by focusing on coaching and uplifting our employees.

The new safety campaign is aligned to our brand values which serve as a compass to guide our actions, behaviours, and decision-making process.

We will be implementing various immersive learning experiences which will drive behaviour change. From immersive type games to mentorship programs, the Safety Team will have their hands full.
